Have your say on Olympic venues

30/10/2007
You've seen the pictures of the Olympic Stadium design. But how do you give your views about buildings that will remain in Newham long after the Games have ended?
London 2012 is submitting detailed plans for approval to build the Olympic Stadium and the Aquatics Centre over December.

Some plans are available for public comment now. Find out how you can give your views on the projects as the applications are submitted.

The Olympic Delivery Authority's (ODA) Planning Decisions Team determines the planning applications.

Olympic Stadium

The application takes place in two stages.

  • Stage1 gives details of ground works like foundation and metal works. It is out for consultation now.
  • Stage 2, in spring 2008, will reveal details of what the stadium will look like during the London 2012 Games.

Aquatics Centre

The application for the venue for the main swimming events will be submitted in January.
